Is there anything that can help heal the whites of our eyes? - way to heal rebound congestion
I have veins in the whites of the eyes due to excessive rebound, there is nothing to help (outside of Visine, which is the cause may be)?

The eye is the quick healing of our bodies. If I were you, I would stop, drugs without prescription, and if you still have problems, ask your doctor. Over the counter drugs can be just as damaging as the regulations.
As soon as I spray sprayed directly into his eyes and burn a lot, and my eyes were red. I eye drops and helped me enormously. Thus, eye drops (Visine can to help out). It is always advisable to consult a doctor and make sure everything goes well and know exactly what to do. I do not know if this is possible, but want to make sure that they do nothing to make the eyes worse. Then again, can only get better for themselves in one or two days.
